Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

We continue to have issues with trying to get an updated AppSource ISV solution build together and getting no help from Microsoft. Have got all the right prerequisites, NET 4.6, latest Power Platform Tools, same desk environment the last one was built. Go to create a newly labeled Power Platform Package Deployment Project and get an error as attached, if you go past it, and put together the same components as needed, and then say Build, it then bombs.

Any ideas?
