ReportI have been asked to create a very basic CRM for our senior management team. I have come across the Customer Success App template. This looks like a good basis for what I need. I do need to add some unique fields that the team want. I can see that the data is held in a collection.
How can I edit the collection? Should I use the collction for data storage, should I use a SharePoint list instead?
