Required field validation in power apps

Hi Team,

In Canvas app, I have a requirement where I need to bind combo boxes using different Sharepoint lists and save data to a different Sharepoint list. I am using Patch to save the data. In this scenario how I could apply required field validation (on combo box and text boxes), please note in validation, I also need to show a validation message. These validations should occur when user has clicked on a Submit button where I am using patch to save data to a sharepoint list.

Please let me know if more information is required.
