    The obvious question here, but could you rephrase the text to be something more succinct?

    The text as in the text in option that I highlighted?

    That's right, the behavior you see is with the standard web widget and teams, so outside customizing the widget, going with shorter text would be best.

    Firstly thanks for the reply, however I tried that option. The image I attached was just an example my real BOT has so many option and there are some options that cannot be shortened. I am Stuck here, I am okay with doing some changes in CSS. Need help or steps to do it.

    So it cuts off no matter the amount of text in that field?

    Here are the docs on theming the widget

    If you are using the custom canvas, apply this css and it will work fine.

    .react-film__filmstrip__list {
    displayblock !important;
    word-wrapbreak-word !important;
    }
    .react-film__filmstrip__item {
    padding-left0 !important;
    }
    .react-film__filmstrip__item {
    padding-right0 !important;
    }

    See here:

    Cheers,

    Fernando
