    Hi,

The error you're seeing typically means there's something off with the web address for the PowerApps application. It's like trying to use a key that almost fits a lock, but not quite. Here's what you can do to try and fix it:

    • Check the Web Address: Make sure the web address you're using to open the app doesn't have any extra bits or pieces that shouldn't be there. It should look clean, with no odd characters.

    • Try a Clean Slate: Have the user try opening the app in a fresh browser window without any old data that might be sticking around. Sometimes browsers hold onto bits of information that mess things up, so opening a private window or clearing out the cache can help.

    • App ID Check: Look closely at the app ID in the web address. It's a unique identifier for the app, and if it's wrong, the app won't open.

    • Dig Deeper with Session Info: That session ID in the error can be like a breadcrumb trail to the root of the problem. If you have access to the Power Platform Admin Center, you can use this ID to get more details on what went wrong.

    • Sharing Settings: Double-check that the app's sharing settings are correct and the user has the permissions they need. Sometimes things change and permissions can get mixed up.

    • Going Back in Time: If you recently changed something in the app, try going back to an older version to see if that's the cause.

    • Keep the App Updated: PowerApps, like all software, gets updates and sometimes these updates are important to keep things running smoothly. Make sure you're using the latest version.

    • Reach Out for Help: If none of this works, it might be time to get in touch with Microsoft's support team. They've got the tools and the know-how to dig into these kinds of problems.

    • Try with Friends: Check if anyone else is having the same problem or if it's just this one person. This can tell you if the issue might be with their account or device.

If you're only hearing about the issue from one user, and these steps don't help, it could be something specific to their setup, like their computer, their internet connection, or something unique to their user profile.

    Best regards,

    Hassan Raza
