Issue with embedded survey in outlook signature

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a workaround to this situation:

Right now I have a deep link in an outlook's signature, which function is to rank or evaluate the attention given.

This link directs the user to a power apps where there are different screens, one for each evaluation (Like - Medium - Well - Dislike).

It works perfectly, the power apps collects the information (Employee, Response and Created date) and sends it to a sharepoint list. I'd like the power apps to collect the e-mail subject as well, so I can have a better monitoring of the situation, but I haven't found any solution that fits properly.

Thanks in advance, I'd really appreciate some help

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Are the mails generated using Power Apps or Power Automate? In that case you can insert the subject as a parameter in the deeplink.

Hi @BCBuizer , the emails are not generated neither by power apps nor power automate.

Let me rephrase that, for a better explanation.

The "steps" of the process that I tried to describe are something like this:

1-A client generates a request, I work on it and send another email in response with a solution and below my signature, there are four emojis with reactions

    example:

2- When the client touches one of them, the link directs him or her to the corresponding screen in power apps, that shows the following message:

    jpbuen_1-1671484615286.png

This Power Apps collects the information (User email and response) and sends it to a sharepoint list.

As I said, there is a screen for each reaction:

In the property 'On visible' I have set this:

    jpbuen_3-1671484898202.png

The formula in property 'Text' for label 4_1 is the following:

    jpbuen_4-1671485016204.png

And the formula in label 2 is the following:

    jpbuen_5-1671485267302.png

For the rest of the cases, the situation es similar:

    • For 'Dislike' screen:

    jpbuen_6-1671485358719.png

    jpbuen_7-1671485378461.png

    • For 'Medium' screen:

    jpbuen_8-1671485442922.png

    jpbuen_9-1671485459470.png

    • For 'Well' screen:

    jpbuen_10-1671485486343.png

    jpbuen_11-1671485518841.png

What I need here, is a way to attach the email subject to powerapps, and later to sharepoint.

    Thanks again in advance

    Hi @Anonymous,

I understood how your mechanism works, but I don't think it is possible to retrieve the information you wish to have, unless you add it yourself when sending the initial mail by including it as a parameter in the deep links.
