Flow stuck at start and wait for approval

Hi


I have created an approval flow in PVA for Teams and it has worked flawlessly. Now the flow is stuck on Start and wait for approval at running. I have not changed anything in the flow and as I said it has worked flawlessly for several weeks.

    This flow is waiting for the approval outcome, it won’t proceed until the approval has been actioned.

    The problem is that request does not go to the manager for approval and therefore can not be processed. Before, when everything worked, the request was sent to the manager, but now nothing is sent because Start And Wait For Approval is stuck att running. I have not changed anything, everything is as it was when the flow worked.

    The start and wait action will show as running until the Approval is approved, or declined.

    Could you get the manager to check the Teams Approvals app?

     

    If the approval is there and not showing anywhere else. This might be a bug, let me know your findings,

    I think it's a bug. Approval does not go to teams app or email. When the flow worked, the manager received approval both by email and in the teams app. I have tested with both my and the managers email address in the Start and wait for approval. I have also tried to build a new simple approval flow and the result is the same, stuck at Start and wait for approval.

    Microsoft identifies yesterday that is a bug with other clients, but they said that the issue is now mitigated in all regions.

    Can you validate it again, please?

    I have also gotten this error after no changes have been made to the original app, or the flow itself. When checking my approvals tab on Teams I can see that the 'sent to' column is empty as if nothing was submitted in the app (Though this should just break the flow as the value would be empty). I have tried to add a static value into the flow so that the approval just comes through to my email address, however it still has the same outcome with the 'sent to' in approvals being empty. Have Microsoft changed the way approvals work or is this a bug?
