Just Want to Add User So They Can Use My App

I have an app, and I can use it no problem. What is the best way to let someone else use my app? I work with just one other guy.

I've been looking at Azure AD as this looks like the right way to go about things? Someone else mentioned creating a Dataverse database but I couldn't get very far with that.

With Azure AD, the 'Create user' option is greyed out. Is this because I need to change my license?

I will try the 'invite user' and see how I get on.

Hello,

Yes use Azure to share the Power Apps is the best options and best practice.
Let's see what you need:
User account
Security Group
In the security group you can add the users that will use the app.
I see that you can't create users. Try it from Office admin portal: https://admin.microsoft.com/

Hi @Milkatron

Is the guy you work with part of your organisation? If so, you don't need to use Azure AD Admin Center, but you will need to ensure that they have access to your PowerApps environment(s); this can be done in Power Platform Admin Center. They may need adding to a Security Group, and indeed a Security Role, which can be administered through Azure Portal.

Hi Guys, Thank You so much for your input.

I think I overworked myself and was being retarded, because the solution was incredibly simple.

The chap I wanted to have access to the app wasn't signed up to PowerApps. I thought that by sharing the app or inviting him that this was the way to sign up, but he needed to sign up before I could invite him / share the app.
