How to retrieve the timestamp of a specific columns last modified date and maybe person

So i see that we can easily obtain a SharePoint row's modified / modified by data but can you retrieve the data in which a specific SharePoint column was updated / modified? I mean the data is somewhere when you go into SharePoint you can look at the version history and its all there. No need for special columns to store the data, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    1. I think it's not possible in a simple way

Getting Version History of SharePoint Item in PowerApp

You may want to check the method above by @WarrenBelz

    2. I may know of another way, but it may involve setting up Custom Connector, and may be even more complex than the above way.

That data is not specifically tracked at the column level. The only way to get it is to compare the value in a column with the value in the previous version. If the column values don't match then the modified date for the row is the modified date for that column.  You can do this if you use the When an item is modified trigger.  Then use the action to see the columns that were modified. But that only compares the current version and the previous version. if the column wasn't modified then there is not telling when it was last modified.
