Hello,

This text-generating prompt has always worked well, until now:

It just isn't working anymore...

Help anyone?

Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

Is probably because some regions require enabling data movement cross-regions for the prompt feature to be enabled.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

This error can occur when there is no AI Builder credits capacity any more in your environment.

    Can you check?
You should have a banner in the AI models page indicating you've consumed all of your AI Builder credits.
You can also test other AI Models like Language detection for instance. If it works, then you still have capacity.

You can also check your environment consumption in Power Platform Admin Center.

If overage is confirmed, then you need to reallocate your credits and/or purchase additional credits. You can also request free credit extension. ("Request an extension" button in the overage banner)

    Hello,

This is the status at the moment:

So it seems I still have some credits left?

Yes, I confirm you have some credits left so capacity overage is not the source of your issue.

As Samia suggested, it could be some environment or tenant setting which has been changed by an admin in Power Platform Admin Center.

    Hello,

That was indeed the case, I've enabled data movement across regions and now it works!

    Thanks for helping!
