Issue with Power Apps Plan Error message for User logging into production

Posted on 25 Nov 2024 08:41:14 by 4
When users log into production environment, they are receiving a message stating that they don't have a current Power Apps plan. However, we have more than enough Per App licenses available, so I'm not clear about why this message is being triggered. I've also run the diagnostic, and it shows that the users meet all the necessary requirements. Users were able to log into the apps without any issues yesterday.

    No. Using everything standard.

The issue got resolved automatically. Could anyone please help me, what needs to be done to find the root cause of it?
