BOX Connector File Created Trigger is failing

Hi,

Power Automate beginner here.

I'm trying to utilize the BOX connector as a trigger for when a file is created/uploaded into a folder. The flow then uses the BOX "get content by File ID" where I feed in the file id returned from the trigger in the previous step. The flow finishes by sending an email with the file content attached to specific people.

The issue is that the BOX trigger doesn't seem to be firing no matter how many times I try.

I've checked both BOX and Outlook connections and they are working. Seems to me the BOX trigger is just not firing even after testing countless times.

Any insight appreciated, thanks!
