Dynamically change the tabs based on checkbox value

Hello,

I am loading tabs on the Onstart of the canvas app into a collection, so basically i divided a form into 3 tabs, and loading those with the collection name to gallery items property, now when a check box is checked i would like to load another tab to that same gallery.

how can i dynamically change the tabs or add a new tab to the gallery based on checkbox value on the editform screen?

Hi @Samek

You can use Patch to add a new tab to the collections.

For example my collection is:

ClearCollect( colTabMenu, {ID: 1, Name: "Overview"}, {ID: 2, Name: "Profile"} )

You can add a new record:

Patch( colTabMenu, Defaults(colTabMenu), {ID: Max(colTabMenu,ID)+1, Name: "NewItem"} )

Hi @SpongYe ,

Thanks for the help 👍. can i change the order of the tabs? it is not changing the order with ID number, and on uncheck of the checkbox i need to clear the tab from collection, can you help with this?
