Set value of choice selector based on table value

On a model driven app, I need to change a value of a field based on what a table value is. I managed to make a business rule but it only triggers when I open the specific record. Is there a way to set it when the person opens the app for all records?

    Hi @Anonymous - could you clarify what you mean by "table value" and what you mean by "all records" ?
