Hi @CU23070105-0, I didnt found any MS article which has specific instruction about how to use it. However if you want to pass file, then try using OneDrive for Business or SharePoint Online to create file and then pass the URL of file to PowerApps.

We can process it by creating in sharepoint or one drive accordingly.
