Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

After the create a new bot screen, the user gives the bot a name, selects an environment, then clicks Create. Then gets error "User does not have write permission to this environment". User has been given System Administrator access to the environment as per this article https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/database-security and this still doesn't resolve.
