Knowledge Base Items not showing

Hi all,

I'm trying to add some knowledge base articles in my PowerApps Portal (Customer Self Service Template).

I'm using dynamics 365 online version(v.9) and i would like to know how is it possible to add the articles in the Knowledge Base section in the Portal.

So far i've tried :

- Articles from Service Area by ticking the "Publish to Web" checkbox.

- Knowledge Base Articles.

Both published but not showing up in the portal.

Any ideas?

Are you not able to see even default articles in the portal? Or only cutom one are not searching?

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

Do you want to add some Knowledge Base Articles into your PowerApps Portal?

Based on the needs that you mentioned, I afraid that there is no direct way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently. As an alternative solution, I think the Liquid and JavaScript could achieve your needs.
