Hi all,
I'm trying to add some knowledge base articles in my PowerApps Portal (Customer Self Service Template).
I'm using dynamics 365 online version(v.9) and i would like to know how is it possible to add the articles in the Knowledge Base section in the Portal.
So far i've tried :
- Articles from Service Area by ticking the "Publish to Web" checkbox.
- Knowledge Base Articles.
Both published but not showing up in the portal.
Any ideas?
