I connected my bot to AZURE CLU. I used MS documentation for this but many time I see problem of "Error Message: The connection reference with name cr3c5_assuranceBot.cr.LuqR-9CC failed to run with response code ‘Unauthorized’. Everything looks good in Azure and Power Apps form technical point of view. Can you please suggest what to check and what to do to mitigate such problem?
Can you check your CLU credentials are correct in the connector? You should also check that Project name and deployment are setup correctly in your PVA project. We do not validate these until you try and run the actual experience.
