Hi guys,
I have a trial license of Power Virtual Agents which is about to expire. However, I want to make a business case to present to our management, so I would need to extend the trial period in order to be able to show what I think will be the benefits of this app for our company.
Does anybody know if and how I could extend my trial period?
Many thanks in advance,
Merel
Hi @Anonymous ,
[Edit 1/24/2020] It's possible to extend: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/sign-up-individual#trial-expiration
I have the same problem and I created the idea here to Microsoft implement the Power VA inside the Community Plan: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Apps-Ideas/Insert-the-Power-Virtual-Agents-into-the-Community-Plan/idi-p/452270
Hi @Anonymous, @renatoromao, you will be able to extend the trial directly from the app once it expires. Please note that the bot will continue to work for up to 90 days after your maker trial expires (in case you don't extend)
See more in our docs: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/sign-up-individual#trial-expiration
