forms not appearing in data model for users

Hi,

I have created an entity with forms in it, Everything works fine for me, but when I get a user to look at the form the don't appear. The user has access to the entity.

I thought it was down to permissions but I couldn't find any permissions related to the form until I switched to classic view. I could then assign a role. Is there a way of doing this under the new view that I am missing, or is it a feature that is only available under the classic view?

    To clarify:

    I can :-

    • Assign a user to a security role
    • I can grant a security role access to the entity

    I cannot

    • assign a form to a security role without using the classic interface.

even though the have permission on the entity it doesn't show up in the app unless I grant access though the classic interface. This is a workaround, but I was wondering if I was missing something as the functionality doesn't appear to have been ported to the new interface.

    Hi @TroyH ,

Do you want to assign a "Security Role" of your current Environment to end user in the new view rather than classic view?

Based on the needs that you mentioned, I think Power Platform Admin Center could achieve your needs. Please consider take a try with the following steps:

    1. Go to your Power Platform Admin Center

    2. Find your current Environment within the Enviroments tab, then click "Settings":

    3. Within the Settings panel, click "Users + permissions" -> "Users"

    3. Within the opening Users Panel, select the user you want to assign role to, then click "MANAGE ROLES" option. Then within the "Manager User Roles" dialog, select the proper role for the user, then click "OK".
