I already shared the issue, i got a response as below:
My app pop up a message when ever i try opening it for edit. There was an error opening file.

Could you please share a bit more about the error message within your app?
I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please consider restore your app to previous version, then edit it again, check if the issue is solved.

Please consider sign in your PowerApps in incognito mode, then edit your app again, check if the issue still exists. If the issue still exists, please consider use the following PowerApps previous version to edit your app:

Click above link to open previous version of PowerApps Studio for web, then click "Open"-> "PowerApps", select the PowerApps app you want to edit. Then save your app, and re-publish it, check if the issue is solved.
