Help.

  • I have an Outlook folder named [Salesreps].
    • Under that folder I have subfolders for each rep [Bill], [Bob] and [Jane]
  • I am trying to configure a CoPilot app to only search those folders and nothing else so manager can query: "Tell me everything Joe has done this week.

My idea was to create a 365 group so that multiple users can file emails to the appropriate rep folder.  Then have CoPilot search that group.

I am stuck. Help!!! I will pay someone for a few hours of their time to assist me.

    Hi @Jimeh

You can utilize the Microsoft Graph API for searching within a specific folder in the mailbox.

Check out the documentation at Microsoft Graph API - Mail API Overview for more details.
