Wondering if anyone has managed to remove the survey?
I have thought of a workaround by editing the End of Conversation topic so it doesn't redirect to the Confirmed Success topic.
The only downside to this is that the Analytics will count all conversations as abandoned.
Not sure if there is a better way of doing this.

I was able to remove the survey question and add the redirect to confirmed success again. Can you check if that is still not possible?
Below are a couple of screenshots on how I achieved that.
The delete option is available.
After that you should be able to add the Redirect again.
