    1. Go to the Power Platform Admin Center and navigate to the Capacity section under Resources.
    2. Check the Dataverse storage allocation under the Summary tab to confirm how much storage is available and used.
    3. Verify if any existing environments are consuming Dataverse storage by reviewing all environments listed in the Environments section.
    4. Confirm that your Microsoft 365 license includes Dataverse capacity (1 GB per user) by checking the details in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
    5. If the capacity still shows as 0 MB despite eligibility, raise a support ticket through the Power Platform Admin Center by selecting Help + Support and describing the issue.
    6. If you need immediate Dataverse capacity, consider purchasing additional Dataverse capacity as an add-on from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
    7. As a temporary solution, create a trial environment and later convert it to production once the capacity issue is resolved.
