Formatted date value different than the actual date value in Dataverse rows

Is this expected behaviour?

In Views and in the gallery all we can see is the Formatted date value but when I the date is used in Power Automate - it's the other date that is used. It only happened on some of the rows.

It's super confusing:

Others were fine:

This was impossible to see in either the model driven app nor gallery, only by List rows I could find the error. I am a little concerned about it.

    When you query directly with Power Automate, you are getting the UTC time because it has no time zone to convert to. There is a time zone conversion Action in Power Automate you can use to shift the value to your appropriate zone.

    I think it just would have been safer that we could have had a chance to see this date somewhere else than in a List rows action, it made the discovery nasty.
