I have a calendar in a canvas app that shows only multi day events. It is technically working but I am looking to improve the UX. I am currently using an outer gallery to show days of a month and a nested gallery to list all events on that page (similar to what is described by Matthew Devaney here). Specifically, each nested gallery scrolls individually so you can't always visually follow along the span of the events, depending on how many events are on that particular day. I'm looking for something more like Outlook where you can see a single shape span across multiple days (or something like that)
I am considering moving to a Gantt chart instead of a calendar but wanted to see if anyone has run into this before and has any other ideas?
