26When I ask the agent a question in its primary language, a response is generated fairly quickly. Now, I’m testing the bot in its second language, and it takes an average of 13–14 seconds before the bot even shows a 'retrieving' message indicating that it is generating a response. Why does this happen, and how can I improve it? I would have left by now if I didn’t get a response for that long.
