Cannot access SharePoint list from PowerApps

Current Situation:

  • Regarding an app created with SharePoint lists as the data source.

  • Accessible and SharePoint lists can be updated from the PowerApps app on a smartphone or from a browser.

  • Inaccessible from the browser on the PC where the app was created. When trying to play the app, the error "Error when trying to retrieve data from the network" is displayed.

  • When trying to update already added data, the error "The request was not sent or there was no response from the server. Check your internet connection" is displayed.

  • When creating a new app, it is not possible to select the SharePoint site for adding data.

  • Data from Office365User was used.

  • There is an error in the code using Office365User.MyProfile().DisplayName.

  • Errors started appearing at the same time the connection to SharePoint stopped working.

Steps Tried:

  • Reconnecting SharePoint

  • Restarting PowerApps

  • Clearing browser cache

  • Checking the version of PowerApps

  • Checking compatibility between Chrome and the OS version

  • Using other browsers

  • Testing on a colleague's PC in the same environment (also unable to access SharePoint)

  • Ensuring the Office365 user account is correctly configured

What other potential causes could there be?

    I apologize for the confusion.
I can directly access any SharePoint list used as the data source for the app.
I am on the corporate network. Since it is not possible to connect from outside the network, I plan to check the firewall settings.

You did not indicate if you can connect directly to the SharePoint site.
Can you connect to any SharePoint site?
Could be firewall rules, if you are on a corporate network?
Have you tried to connect from outside the network?
