Having an issue when importing a managed solution. Import works correctly but when looking at the details of the canvas app in the imported managed solution, the flow has been removed. When checking the unmanaged solution in the dev environment, the flow is visible under the details of the canvas app? The flow is definitely included in the solution when exporting the solution. Any ideas as to why this is happening/how i can solve the issue? Thanks

That doesn't make any sense at all - I would triple check that the flow is actually part of the solution as I suspect it isn't.
A couple of ways of doing that
1) open up the zip file and see what is contained within customizations.xml file
2) Deploy the unmanaged solution to a different environment - if you don't have one to abuse create a developer or trial instance somewhere and deploy the unmanaged solution there to see if it exists..
