We are using Portal Forums for general discussions, but don't want that to be included in search results when logging a case. Is there a way to exclude it? I get why it does that if you're using Forums for support, but we don't.

So when searching on the portal, I want to exclude Recond Type Forums.

Any ideas if this is possible?
