Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Good afternoon!

I am trying to create a solution, but for that I need to create a publisher first.

When trying to do just that, I get the following error message:

Principal user (Id=xxxx, type=8, roleCount=1, privilegeCount=421, accessMode=0), is missing prvCreatePublisher privilege (Id=xxxxx) on OTC=xxxx for entity 'publisher' (LocalizedName='Publisher'). context.Caller=xxxx

Seems to be clear to me - my user does not have the suzfficient role - it has the Power Platform Administrator role assigned in the Active Directory. However, when I try to assign the role, I cannot find it - there is nothing else about Publisher or Power Apps.

What am I missing?
