The issue of Combobox and Lookup format in List

The field format in the list data source corresponding to combobox is lookup, and the search can only start from the first character.

See below pictures, 

If I query B, only Biolytic is displayed.

The format of Brand_Query is list is Lookup.

 

How should I slove the issue.

    The search is done on the first character of a sentence, would you like it to search for all the sentences that contain the typed word?

    @Anonymous Thank you for your reply, please see picture, If I query B, the result is "AB SCiex and Biolytic ", but only Biolytic is displayed.
