is there a way to adjust the frame of the bot for a customized site?

Please view my bot on site below and click "chat with Lenny" I was told by IT that I have to adjust the size on the bot end.

    Hi @bgreen1 ,

    Congrats to your bot!!! 🙂

Yes, you can use CSS and JS files to customize your chatbot.

Customize the web chat canvas - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Docs

    Hi,

    Your looks great.
What i can see that the bot is embedded into a modal dialog. Changes should be done by the person who's done that as modal size itself causing this issue. for example.

I remove 'modal-lg'  class and it's started taking shape

    Result:

But there's an issue with the header so I removed  'tab-nav-popup' too and header started taking shape too

There are still some small things which can be tweaked e.g.. extra padding on the right side.

Let me know if this helped. Please mark this as solution if this resolved your query

    cheers
