Copy an item of my gallery and paste it in an other application

Hi !

The idea of my app is to create a bank of settable icons which can be reused in others applications. For that, I have :

- a gallery of colors

- a gallery of icons (import with excel)

When I click on a color, the color of icons of my gallery change. Now, I want these icons to be reused in others applications. I would like to be able to copy the icon that I'm interesed in (with its color)  and paste it in an other application.

The problem is I don't have access to the icons in my gallery (except the first one). Is there a way to have this access or is there an other solution to solve my problem ?

Thank you for any help ! 🙂

    The clue was you said "only the first one".  This means that you are most likely referencing the control for your icon by name.  If you reference a control in your gallery by name anywhere in your app, you will only get the first item.

    To access all of the items in your gallery, consider using yourGallery.AllItems

    Example, if your control was called myIcon in the gallery then:

        yourGallery.AllItems.myIcon will return a table of all the myIcon controls.

    I hope this is helpful for you.

    @RandyHayes

    And just to finish with my question, now I have my single icon but its "image" property is like this :

    "data&colon;image/svg+xml;utf8, " & EncodeUrl( "<svg xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg' viewBox='0 0 512 512'> <path fill='" & SelectedColor & "' stroke='" & SelectedColor & "' d='" & IconGallery.Selected.pathD & "'/> </svg>")

    So I can't copy/paste the icon in an other application because IconGallery and SelectedColor are unknown by the others applications. Any idea ? Is there a way to get the image property with the color "#..." and not "SelectedColor" ?

    Thank you very much !
