I am having issue with the following code.The Collection (List) ManagerEmailAddress column is a single line text.The Main_Screen_User_Email_Fld.Text context is Office365UserProfile(User().Email).Mail If(RequestCollection.ManagerEmailAddress=Main_Screen_User_Email_Fld.Text,...The equal in the above formula is kicking back and error - 'Incompatible types for comparison. These types can't be compared: Table, Text'.

If(RequestCollection.ManagerEmailAddress.Value=Main_Screen_User_Email_Fld.Text
Hi @Phineas,
Should you want to check whether the email appears in the email column of that collection, you will need the in operator. 'Equals' will expect a single text value.
If( Main_Screen_User_Email_Fld.Text in RequestCollection.ManagerEmailAddress, ...
