Exporting data from multiple tables to Excel

I have a Power App that fills data into multiple Data verse tables. A requirement of the user of the app is to have an excel spreadsheet that shows all of this data.

Being fairly new to Data verse, the only method I can think of to provide this is to store all of this data in a SharePoint site, which would let me generate an excel file that has a connection to the site.

Is there a better method that wouldn't require me to store the data in a different site (possibly using Power Automate)?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @jacob_brennan ,

I could say, that depends. Could you please share more details? How many tables are there and what fields do they have? What's the structure of the excel table the user would like to have?

One easy way I think could be update an excel table in SP library with the data filled into Dataverse tables in a meantime. The excel table would be treated just like another Dataverse table that includes all data in other tables.

You could use Power Automate as well:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/excelonlinebusiness/#add-a-row-into-a-table

     Hope this helps.
