Hello my aim is creating a PowerApp to automize the traveling expences...

What I need:
1) I have a preset PFD.
2) User should create a profile inside the app and fill static data.
This data will be automatically filled incide the PDF.
3) Next step is filling out the variable data.
4) In the end the user should add Screenshots of the bills.

5) All together will be collected to 1 PDF, the pictures should be just added to th next pages and lates send to an Email account for an approval to the next manager set in m365 group.

So my question atm is, is it possible to create such app and where should I store the data including the example PDF and the user data which is saved in the 1) step.
