Hi folks,
I want to SUM column 'Total' by 'ExpenseReports' column which is LookUp to other table. Can i do this here or i need to do this in Power Apps?

It seems you access that table using Maker Portal. I'm afraid it's not customizable to satisfy your need.

You must do it within a Power Apps, either Canvas Apps or Model Driven, to obtain the result you want.
You can use the ROLL UP field to do it
