Hey @MartinVargas
Please try the following way.
In Portal Management:
1. Under security > Web Page access control rules > Create a new rule called "Restrict profile page"
2. Select "Profile page" like below
3. Hit Save and close
We are not applying any web roles to the newly created web page access control rule. Meaning, Administrators and authenticated users can still see the profile page but not other web roles.
Ex: If you have a web role called "Site users". Go to contact (externaluser@mail.com) and assign a site user web role.
If externaluser@mail.com logins to the site, they will not be seeing the profile page for sure and they will get the below message if they try to access it directly.
when they try to access direct URL:
Pro Tip: If you want to hide it for Administrator and Authenticated users web role. Change the Authenticated user setting to "No"
Hope it helps.
