Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?
Could you please show more detail about the data structure of your three tables?
Are there some relationship between the three tables?
If there are relationship between these three tables, you could consider combine your three table records into a single one collection based on the relatonships (using AddColumns function), then you could add Chart control into your app to display the records based on the combined collection.

In addition, based on the needs that you mentioned, I think Power BI report may be a better choice for you. You could consider add your three tables as dataset into your Power BI desktop, then based on the three datasets, you could consider create a report using proper visual. Then you could publish your report to a Workspace in your Power BI server.
After that, you could go to your Power BI server, then pin the uploaded report into a proper Dashboard under the Workspace. Then you could go to your PowerApps app, add a Power BI tile control, to embed above Dashboard tile.
