Recently I developed a Bot Framework Skill and connected it to my PowerVA Bot.

The skill is supported in multiple languages and I tested it by using the Bot Framework Emulator and setting a locale in the textbox on the settings page.

But when triggering the action of my skill in a Dutch PowerVA bot, the locale is not being forwarded to my skill. So the skill is still answering in English.

Is this something which is not available yet, or is this configurable?
