I have imported and excel sheet with 21500 rows and want to put it in a collection. I have noted that the countrows shows only 15000 records. Is this the absolute limit to a collection?

I don't think there's a limit, could be wrong though. I accidentally created a collection with 850k records once using a ForAll() inside a ForAll() ...

Actually the limit is coming from the way you are importing from Excel. Each table can only hold 15k rows of data. After that you must put the additional data in a separate Excel data.
