Hi,
I have several projects that I am currently syncing into SharePoint sites from Microsoft Project. As I sync them, it creates all the tasks in their respective SharePoint sites. I want to copy or sync those tasks from several projects into a SharePoint list which will than be the source for my Power App. Can anyone help me in achieving this?
Thanks,
V Marupudi.
Hello @vmarupudi
You could do it with power automate, a loop that for each SPO task creates a new record in a SPO list that you have already created.
Jon
Hi Jon,
I am not seeing the tasks in SPO in the Power Automate as well.
Look if instead of using the SPO connector you can use directly the project connector, I have an app that we use with project data and we connect directly to it retrieving the tasks using the project ID . we do it both from power automate and from powerapps.
Thank you @Jon_Unzueta it worked. 👍
