Hi All,

I have a table below. I would like to grab the value of one column e.g Country (Japan, USA, Thailand) and pass as variable in power automate. Anyone can guide me on how to do it?

    Hey @qpowerautomate

You can do this pretty easily in power automate.

So, firstly about the trigger. For example I have used Manual Trigger, but for your case you can use, when a file is added, or email is arrived with attachment.

After this, use actions list rows present in a table. Then give its location, it could be SharePoint or One drive.

Before doing this make sure you have converted your excel data into a table.

After this initialize a new variable. Give it a type according to your column.

Next step would be to set the variable. In the value of the variable pass the value you want to save in it. This will create an apply to each loop.

Instead of a variable you can use a compose as well.

I hope this is what you required. If you have any doubts, just reply.
