Hi , for some reason, whenever the user submits a form and creates a new one the checkbox value does not clear, once user submits the form, the checkbox should clear for the next new form please do help , thank you

Hi @Yaswini24 ,

There is a suggestion for you.
If you are using form to patch a new record, you can set a variable for check box's default in gallery and update value of the variable to false on OnSuccess of form.
Please try this:
1.Check box:
2.Form:
OnSuccess:UpdateContext({tag:false})

I got an error message, unless u want me to place it as the default for the checkbox item.

Sorry, the gif is too small.
Do you mean that navigate to another screen? You can add the UpdateContext formula after Navigate formula.

Oh so sorry, okay let's say i create a report :
then i fill in all the details like the checkbox and all
but then i chose to navigate back to the main screen then come back to the request screen at a later time
as you can see the checkbox does not become blank it stores the values I had selected earlier

Hi @Yaswini24 ,

There are some changes in my previous formula.
Please modify the formula on OnSuccess of Form:
UpdateContext({tag:true}); UpdateContext({tag:false})
Then put above formula on the OnVisible of NewReport Screen.
