    @knishal

    The Person record in SharePoint does not separate the First and Last name.  It only provides a DisplayName.

    You could split the text into two names and then consider one the first and one the last, but this can lead to issues with names like "Mary Jo Smith" or "Steve Gonzales Carlos"  - what is first and what is last??

    The best solution is to use the Office365 User connector to get the user information based on the email and then it will provide the Given and Sur names.

    I hope this is helpful for you.

    @RandyHayes  I understand what you are saying but how can I show the displayname in another field. The first field show the email and I want the auto field to auto populate once the entered an email. Does anyone know of a function that can do this?

    @knishal

    You need to be more specific then - describe what you mean by this: "For example if the user enter email then the other field shuld autopoplate with firstname and last name."

    Where are they entering the email?

    Perhaps a screenshot of your app to show more of what you have and are trying to start with.

    @RandyHayes  I have two fields, the first one is a  person field and the other is just a regular text input.

    If I enter and email, I want the name field to auto populate and show the displayname

    Yes, so I was concerned over where you were entering this email.  It appears from your screenshot that it is a combobox.  What is the Items property of the combobox?

    What is the Items property of the combobox DataCardValue43?

    Hi @knishal

    Have you tried to set the Default property of the text input to:

    DataCardValue43.Selected.DisplayName

    In my case this worked, so when a choose the email address from the people picker field, the display name is displayed in the text input.

    @knishal

    So then you don't want the first and last name separated then.  Very good.
