AI Builder Document processing Training keeps failing

I'm using AI Builder's Document Processing model to extract two fields with 9 training samples.

However, the Training keeps failing with the below message displayed:

Training failed and the model cannot be used.Edit the model to retrain it. Edit the model to retrain it. If the error persists, learn more about common issues and resolutions. .(Configuration id: 9b7253d4-e062-4373-aa1d-5f03c1d2dbb9)

Does anyone know what might be the problem?

Thanks,

    Hi @hongjoon ,

Sorry to hear about that. Couple of questions to help you with this issue:

    • Is it the first times that this happen or did you manage to train models in this environment already?
    • Did you try recreate the model?

    Hi Antrod.

I've trained numerous models in this environment. And previously I never encountered such problem.

It all started a week ago. I encountered with another issue similar "Failed to Train" errors, but after numerous attempts, the model finally trained successfuly.

I've tried pulling out several training examples but the problem persists. Don't know why.

    Hi.

The same error for me. I had tried everything. My collections of documents seem to be ok. But the error persists. It is not possible to get the AI trained.

    Can you fix this, please?

Please write us at aihelpen@microsoft.com with your environment id and model id. You can get this information from the power apps URL: make.powerapps.com/environment/[environment id]/aibuilder/models/[model id]

Was there ever a solution for this? The same thing is happening to me?

    Thanks
