Attach file to collection and then submit all items to sharepoint list.

I have created Collection called "Checklist". Checklist has Column Action, True/False, Attachment.I called Custom collection checklist into gallery and I want to attach file to it.How can I achieve it?Problem is I don't really know how to call Collection selected items attachment on next window. Ill show in gif what I mean:Should I create Variable on check?How to display current selected items attachment which does not has attachment.How to Patch attached file to his custom collection.And after that final button should Submit all custom collection record into sharepoint list. with attachments.

Im using ScreenToGif if anyone wondering.

You cannot attach files to a collection.

Hm.. How then I can achieve checklist with attachments? Whenever it's checked it should add picture or attachment.

@Anonymous ,

You need to access a form based on the item selected in the gallery - the Item can be GalleryName.Selected and it can have one field - the attachments control. You will than just need a SubmitForm button to save it.
