Data Grids not expanding to fill width of screen

We have recently been seeing an issue across all of our pre-existing environments and applications where our data grids, both primary from the navigation panel and nested subgrids on Main Forms, are not expanding to use the full width of the screen. 

The issue can be fixed be running the refresh action but we are having to do this almost every time we open a new record or navigate to a new entity from the site map. 
 
Is there a new setting or something we must update to correct this, this cannot be expected behavior. Any insight would be appreciated.

    This issue with Dataverse data grids and subgrids not expanding to full width across multiple environments and applications is likely caused by a recent update or caching issue within Power Apps Model-Driven Apps. Since a manual refresh temporarily fixes the issue, it suggests that the UI layout is not rendering correctly on load.

    Potential Causes & Solutions

    1. Check for Recent Microsoft Updates & Known Issues

    • Microsoft frequently rolls out updates that can affect grid behavior.
    • Check the Power Platform Release Notes or the Power Apps Known Issues Page for any reported UI bugs.
    • You can also check Power Platform Admin Center > Message Center for any announcements related to UI changes.

    🔹 Action:
    Go to Power Platform Health and see if there are any reported issues related to grids or UI rendering.

    2. Test in a Different Browser / Clear Cache

    • Sometimes, Power Apps UI rendering issues can be caused by cached JavaScript or CSS.
    • Test in an incognito/private window to see if the issue persists.
    • If the issue disappears in incognito mode:

      • Clear browser cache and cookies.
      • If using Edge or Chrome, disable browser extensions that might interfere with rendering
