My Dataverse tenant has many failed system jobs related to the plugin Microsoft.Dynamics.OmnichannelReferenceDataSyncPlugins.Plugins.PostOperationAssociateEventAsyncPlugin: Associate of any Entity. The error messages are all very similar to the following

We are not using or trying to use Omnichannel. The apps related to it are either not configured or enabled (but not installed).

There are plugins installed and enabled:

What is the best way to stop the failing system jobs? I can't disable the Omnichannel Power Virtual Agent Extension app. I can manually disable the Omnichannel plugin steps, but is that really the best way? How did these plugin steps get installed?
I have the same question (3)

    Hi,

So, the steps get installed from the plugins, so something enabled them.

Did you or someone else enable that for Power Agents?

I think it's actually a bug, because its registering to use things it shouldn't. You can delete things from where you are in the Plugin Manager, but I don't recommend doing anything here, because it can seriously make things worse.

I would however Disable if you can if not then I would escalate to Microsoft as something is messed up and you shouldn't after that by enabling the one feature
